工場を構成する市販品で、最も大きな面積を占めるコンベアに、デザイン要素を加えることで、生産現場のイメージ向上を目指した。フレームからモニターカバーに至るまで、アルミ材を積極的に採用、強度を保持しながら軽量で設置がしやすく、軽やかな印象となった。また、パーツ構成をシンプルに合理化したことで、パーツ総数を１５％減らすことに成功。メンテナンス性の向上と低コスト化に成功している。
We aimed to improve the image of the production site by adding design elements to the conveyor, which occupies the largest area of any commercial product in the factory. From the frame to the monitor cover, aluminium was actively used to create a light and airy impression, while retaining strength and light weight for easy installation. In addition, by simplifying and rationalising the parts structure, we succeeded in reducing the total number of parts by 15%. The result is easier maintenance and lower costs.
