Minimally designed eyeglass frame series made of beta titan requiring sophisticated metalworking based on the excellent processing technology of Sabae, Fukui
 

micro titan 505 (2015)

The temple extends seamlessly from the metal front to the temple tips to make a natural and beautiful line.
The hingeless temple, the main feature, is highly secure with no bump, preventing screws from loosening. Seamless design is achieved by the advanced titan processing technology. The titan front and temple have higher elasticity and strength. Combined with the movable nose pad that fits the different shapes of noses, the frames provide wear stability and comfort.Ultimate minimal design has been achieved with the full-rim structure protecting the lenses and the slim, light doughnut-shaped temple tips offer cushioning.

This advanced model offers improved functionality keeping the minimum Micro-titan 2012 glasses with the ultimate in minimal design.One smooth line changes three-dimensionally from the bridge to the temple tip enabled by the advanced beta titan processing technology.This model provides wear comfort dramatically improved by higher elasticity and strength and the S-curve. Integrated resign bridge and nose pad simplifies the manufacturing process. The advantages of the former model are utilized, such as the method to retain one side of the lenses, preventing the lenses from moving with the temple to keep the appropriate position with the eyes and light and the cushioned doughnut-shaped temple tips.

    Keeping the lenses to one point prevents the lenses from moving with the temple and maintains the appropriate position with the eyes. There is no stress and vision is not hindered because the lenses are independent of the frame.

    Fine metal processing required for the bridge and nose pad is simplified by using resin for these parts. Productivity has been improved.

Curve unicursally drawn features a continuously wavering ribbon.
One-of-a-kind advanced design from advanced press technology and careful work by artisans. The whole frame neatly changes three-dimensionally and encompasses the head. The temple is made of beta titan with higher elasticity and strength so that the S-curve provides improved wear comfort. Original lens retention method (keeping at one point) reduces the hindering of vision due to the frame. A more open, sensuous, and beautiful form has been completed.

Ultimate minimal design composed of line elements like unicursal drawing with no face elements. The design is light, strong, and kind to the skin because of the swaging, bending, and pressing of the difficult-to-process beta titan through many trials and errors. An original lens retention method (keeping at one point) has been developed to reduce the hindering of vision due to the frame. A more open, sensuous, and beautiful form has been completed.
